Shipping & Delivery

White Glove Delivery and Curbside Options
We offer two premium delivery options to suit your needs:

• White Glove Delivery: Our professional delivery team will carefully bring your items into your home, assemble them, and remove any packaging materials, leaving your space immaculate.
• Curbside Delivery: For those who prefer a more straightforward delivery option, we also offer curbside delivery where your items will be delivered to the front of your home or building.

Quick Ship Items
All quick ship items are sourced from our North Carolina warehouse in Greensboro. These items are typically ready for shipment and will arrive at your location within 3 weeks.

Out of Stock & Custom Items
If an item is out of stock, our standard delivery timeframe is 10 weeks. This extended timeframe is due to the fact that many of our products are imported directly from Europe, where they are meticulously crafted to meet our rigorous quality standards. The additional time ensures that your purchase undergoes the necessary production and quality control processes before it reaches you. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we offer the following options:

• Returns: Orders may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. The refund amount will equal the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping.
• Store Credit: Alternatively, you may opt to receive store credit for the full purchase price without incurring a restocking fee. Return shipping costs will still apply.

Please ensure that returned items are in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed.
