HISTORIC PROVENANCE
The Accent Chair Roumier reflects the opulence of a French armchair from 1788 in The Met collection. The original was one of 16 armchairs commissioned from master chairmaker Georges Jacob (French, 1739–1814) for Louis XVI's gaming room at Saint-Cloud. This chair celebrates the neoclassical elegance and meticulous craftsmanship of Jacob’s designs, bringing a touch of history to your home.
